WELCOME TO MY PORTFOLIO!

My name is Amelia Scherer and I am from San Diego, California. I recently graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Graphic Communications, where I also served as captain of the Clemson Women's Rowing team. I am currently a Graphic Design Intern with the Denver Broncos, where I continue to pursue my passion for creative work in professional sports.

As a former Division I student-athlete, I bring a unique perspective to creative work in athletics. Competing at a high level taught me discipline, resilience, and how to thrive in high-pressure and team-oriented environments. These qualities influence my approach to design, as I understand both the athlete's experience and the importance of how a team presents itself to recruits, fans, and the public.

During my time at Clemson, I worked as a Creative Media Intern for Clemson Football, where I designed recruiting graphics, assisted with photography, and contributed to projects supporting one of the nation's top athletic programs. I also completed freelance graphic design projects with Clemson Barstool and Michigan State Men's Lacrosse, experiences that challenged me to adapt my creative style while maintaining different brand identities.

Now with the Denver Broncos, I have the opportunity to continue developing my skills in a professional sports environment while creating content for one of the NFL's most recognizable franchises. I'm excited to continue learning, growing, and creating impactful work in the sports industry.
